Drawn to the natural environment, I see the world in bold, saturated colors and graphic, organic shapes. 

These are the fundamental characteristics that define my signature style. 

Though deeply rooted in Americana, I am heavily influenced by Eastern, Hawaiian, and Polynesian art and culture. 

I find endless inspiration from ocean life, tropical plants, and exotic florals—which, when combined, become the foundation for prevalent themes. 

Texture, layers, contrast, scale, and hierarchy are tools that I am exploring with in order to create depth within an abstract aesthetic. 

I approach the viewer with an enlarged snapshot, forcing her/him to pause and look at my small canvas with its big image.
